The majority of images broadcast across our screens are filled with violence. There seems to be no end to the destruction. Online social platforms, news outlets, and independent media can be accessed from your palm allowing constant consuming of information. Violence is all we see, day after day.. Anger boils over. Businesses are being firebombed. People yelling ugly words at each other. Some are fighting. It’s a mess…It’s no wonder people are tense and uptight even on a good day. It’s difficult, but you’re not alone.
I ran across this information and wanted to share it with you as you weave your way through today’s mess.
