Applicant Testing

Testing can be extremely helpful but needs to be handled with care. Here are a couple points to consider:

  • How does the chosen assessment correlate to the job duties?
  • What are the limitations of the chosen assessment?
  • Are you clear on at which point in the applicant process (or employment), you can legally do which assessments, and which assessments/test require signed waivers?
