Turnover

Turnover is costly.

Most of us have heard that the average cost of turnover is equal to 150% of the annual salary for each exempt employee replaced which usually includes the cost of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, reduced productivity, et cetera, were considered.

Most of us have endured an average (or sometimes lousy) employee due to the stresses of replacing him/her.
