Performance Management

Is “good” good enough for your business?  The Gallup people were bold enough to predict poor engagement skills keep employees from trying their hardest.

Compliance is as good as it gets when there is limited engagement of the company employees. In our training and consulting work, we find employee motivation to be a top concern of managers.

We would say that the first step to Performance Management is to follow Jim Collins recommendation:

Get the right people on the bus in the right seats.

The second step is to evaluate what makes your good performers tick & what hinders them, then work on:
