HR Problems

HR problems wouldn’t be so hard if it weren’t for the people. If your computer is not performing up to par, depending upon the cause, you can:

  • Sell it
  • Give it away
  • Stash it in the closet
  • Beat the harddrive to smithereens with a hammer.

It may not fix it, but you might feel better.

What do you do with the person who is chronically absent for seemingly no reason, terminally ill, forgetful, technologically inept, not seemingly able to change?

Problems with employees are perhaps the hardest for the good boss who wants to do well by the employee, but is stuck between a rock and a hard place.

If and when you’re in that place, and your issue involves (or may involve) an employee, call us immediately. There’s a window of time before that molehill becomes an insurmountable mountain.
