Alternative Dispute Resolution

ADR’s play an important role acting as a disinterested participant in dealing with employee – management disputes and problems.  When an issue goes to the courts and the judge is evaluating what has been done up to this point, the judge will typically take the side of the ADR than the employee or the company owner.
